This vintage diamond halo engagement ring from the Art Deco era features a 1.75-carat old European cut diamond at its center, with a K color and VS2 clarity. The center diamond is securely held by box prongs adorned with small old European cut diamonds and is encircled by a halo of antique carre-cut diamonds.
The shoulders of the ring are set with antique trillion cut diamonds, further embellished with small old European cut diamonds. The under-gallery is decorated with floral motif openwork, adding to the intricate design. The shank of the ring is finely hand-engraved and finished with milgrain detailing. This exquisite ring was handcrafted in platinum circa 1935.
