Edwardian Era Earrings
Of chandelier design, these earrings are flexible and suspend diamonds. Three antique pear-shape diamonds hang from the very bottom. The borders and the center follow a floral motif motif with old European cut diamonds and antique cushion cut diamonds. These earrings are entirely made in platinum, from the Edwardian Era, Circa 1910.
Diamond earrings were popular in the early decade of 1900. The garland and floral style was popular to match with the simple feminine dresses for that time. The style of jewelry change during Paul Poiret's stylistic revolution, when he introduced more daring styles.
